While we make sure all dietary requirements are met without compromising our high standards, we have put a lot of research and time into developing gluten free recipes and production methods to ensure these products are uncontaminated and equally as appetising as any gluten based product.
Our daughter Frankie who works in our kitchen is Coeliac and we have enjoyed rising to this challenge, so please speak to us for advice whatever your dietary requirements may be.
